The 5th Consortium Meeting of the SCOPE project has been held in Nurenberg (Germany), last 15th-16th April 2019. The meeting has been a chance to review and share the first analysis of the Baseline, assess the Follow Up implementation of the the SCOPE cohort study and plan the steps further.
The SCOPE cponsortium published the Methodology paper od the SCOPE Study titled "Design and methodology of the screeningDesign and methodology of the screeningfor CKD among older patients acrossEurope (SCOPE) study: a multicenter cohortobservational study" on the BMC Nephrology review.

On September 26th 2018 the Symposium for Active and Healthy Ageing took place in Graz. In the course of this international event, numerous presentations offered insights and findings to the state of the art of active and healthy ageing, bringing together different health and care professions, the scientific society, representatives from politics and education as well as the public. The Medical University of Graz used this occasion to increase the awareness about the SCOPE study within an information booth.
The SCOPE partner release the first article on June 20th 2018 titled "Estimated glomerular filtration rate and functional status among olderEstimated glomerular filtration rate and functional status among olderpeople: A systematic review" on the European Journal of Internal Medicine.
